The Sound Chaser Progressive Rock Podcast is on the web again. The show this time has a theme. It is dedicated to progressive rock songs by artists not usually associated with progressive rock. For the second installment, I have an entirely new set of artists, none having appeared on this podcast before. We even have a new release for you from The Flaming Lips. I think you will find many surprises from some interestingly different takes on what we consider as progressive rock. The Sound Chaser Progressive Rock Podcast is on the air. The show this time is the 6th annual birthday gift to myself shows. I bring out some of my favorite pieces of progressive music for you to listen to. While many of the acts on this show will be familiar to you, many others might not be. Additionally, you are not going to find the well-worn, tried-and-true pieces of prog this time out. Instead, I’ve gone for what we might call “under the radar” masterpieces. I think you will find one or two gems that you will want to listen to again. One thing to note is that concert information stated in this podcast was true at the time of recording. Since then, the epidemic situation has changed and most of the concerts are cancelled. Still, if you can't see your favorite prog bands playing live, you can enjoy over three hours of prog by listening to Sound Chaser.
